Who we are

SLOT is a service run by Yeheli Sampson (Israel) that helps local businesses appear in answers from search engines and AI assistants. We operate this website (slotsolutions.dev) and the SLOT WhatsApp number. Contact: hello@slotsolutions.dev.

What we collect

• WhatsApp messages: the content you send us, and the phone number and profile name attached to your WhatsApp account.
• Business details you send: business name, field, city, website or Google profile link, and anything else you choose to share.
• Website data: when enabled, the Meta Pixel collects data about your visit (pages viewed, clicks on the WhatsApp button, browser type, cookie identifiers) and sends it to Meta for ad measurement.

The site has no forms. We never ask for passwords or access to your accounts.

Why we use it

• To run the AI visibility check you asked for and send you the report.
• To reply to your messages and continue a conversation you started.
• To measure which ads bring inquiries (Meta Pixel).
• To follow up later, only if you agreed to it.

Marketing messages

We send marketing messages only with your prior explicit consent, as required by section 30A of the Israeli Communications (Telecommunications and Broadcasting) Law. Each one is labelled "פרסומת" (advertisement) and includes an easy way to opt out: reply "הסר" (remove) or email us. Replies to your own messages and the report you requested are not marketing.

Processors

• Meta Platforms and WhatsApp: message delivery (WhatsApp Business Cloud API) and the Meta Pixel.
• צ׳אטווט (Chatwoot): the inbox where we read and answer WhatsApp messages.
• קלאודפלייר (Cloudflare): website hosting, security and email routing.
• AI providers (for example Anthropic): if used to draft replies or summarize a check.

Some of these providers store data outside Israel, including in the United States and the European Union.

Retention

Conversations and business details are kept while we are in active contact and for up to 24 months after the last message, then deleted, except where the law requires us to keep records (such as invoices). Pixel data is kept by Meta under its own policy.

Your rights

Under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, including Amendment 13, you may ask to access the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it where we are not legally required to keep it, and you may withdraw consent to marketing at any time. Write to hello@slotsolutions.dev or on WhatsApp; we reply within 30 days. You may also contact the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority.

What we never do

We do not sell, rent or share your data for anyone else's own use. Data goes only to the processors listed above, so the service can work.

Security and changes

Access is limited to the people who need it to provide the service. If a breach affects you, we will notify you and the authority as the law requires. If this policy changes, we update the date above.
